The reason my phone is on my mind is because I was on the phone with Sprint today for 45 minutes or longer. Seriously. I was SO ticked off. I called, was transferred, then transferred again. Then I spoke to someone who could barely speak English. Transferred. Spoke to someone who could barely speak English, again, and because I'd been transferred so many times, I got on a bad connection and could barely hear them. When I told her, she said that they were having that problem, and then went on with her conversation. I had to keep saying, "What?", "Excuse me?" It was bad. Then I was transferred again. Couldn't hear the guy hardly. Transferred again, couldn't hear the girl so she called me back. Finally, a good connection. Transferred once again and FINALLY someone helped me. All I needed was a copy of my sales receipt to get my rebate on the phone. It was declined because I sent in a copy of my bill showing where they sold it to me and it was billed to my phone bill. Unacceptable, supposedly. But the guy I talked to looked up my account and saw that I had done that and accepted it. He was going to expedite my $100 rebate and so I should have it within 10-15 business days.
I am still thankful for my new phone and its coolness factor. I love it! Really, I'm thankful to have a cell phone at all. We truly are blessed to be able to afford one this day in age, even though I have to deal with all the

My hubby wants an iPhone SOOOOO bad. He wants me to have one also. I just cannot justify the extra money each month for the bill when our children need college funds.
You are right, things are so expensive.
Congrats on the new fancy phone!
We too have had issues with Sprint. I like the free Sprint-Sprint because my entire family has it, but man are those customer service people tough to deal with. We don't have internet because my husband can't seem to contain himself from buying 40 different versions of Tetris, so I had it blocked!
