The girl's class...aren't they sweet? She has such a sweet class!We had a fun evening tonight! The church had Parent's Nite Out, so the kids got to go play while Jim and I went to eat at The Grill with my parents. It was awesome! The Grill is a new restaurant here in town and tonight was the first night I'd been there. The owner/chef was 2nd runner-up on Hell's Kitchen. I was very impressed. The atmosphere is cool and the food is delicious. I got the marinated steak tacos and they were so yummy. I should've taken a picture!
This is Valentine I made for Jim (with some help from my Aunt Nancy since I'm not creative). I did this once for him and left it on his desk at work and he loved it! So this year, I did it again and left it on the bed. He saw it when we got home from Parent's Nite Out.
It says, "To My Red Hot Sweetheart, I'm so thankful I married such a nerd rather than some silly ole' builder. You're such a smartie & you always find time to balance work and our little runts. Now chug this Muscle Milk and lets EAS(e) into a marathon of power until the next eclipse! Love your little Lemonhead."The italics are the candy or protein bars (since Jim's a health freak and would rather have a 20g of protein, dry, grainy, disgusting cookies and cream bar over a snickers). Don't ya love it?! Just don't read into the message too much. Ha!

Just popped on over from LPM, and yes, that is such a cute idea for your hubby! And girl, I was just reading some other posts, and I have to say, that I love your long hair. I chopped mine off a little over a year ago, but am growing it back out! I so miss it. If your man likes it long, I say go long! However, thats just my opinion to you from a complete stranger! :)

Very cute! I found myself thinking of you yesterday morning while I was doing my hair. I really want to grow my hair out, Brad likes it short. I cut it recently per his request. I was thinking of how this is the opposite of you and Jim. Jim seems to be more like most men, loving short hair. Apparently, Brad is a short hair guy. But I still love giving into his requests...it makes me happy to make him happy. :) Happy Valentines Day, friend.

i was going to try and make bud one of those cards out of candy but couldnt get creative enough or have the time... next year i just might have to copy yours with a few edits, he'd never know!
