This weekend, I will be in training to become an instructor at the Health Club where I work out. There are several other instructors there (and I'm the newbie!) that will be training to teach Body Combat. It's kickboxing, mainly. But it is going to kick my rear! I am pretty nervous about it. We have training beginning today from noon to 9 tonight and then all day tomorrow and all day Sunday. I am going to be exhausted, but I'm sure I will learn a lot. I think Body Combat is going to be pretty fun. I've always like kickboxing stuff.
Later on in the month, I will be going to Dallas to be trained as an instructor for Body Pump, which I love! I've been doing Body Pump for a while and it's great!
So if you think of me this weekend, pray for an extra dose of energy and protection from getting hurt! And you could also pray for little soreness, however, I seem to think it might be close to impossible to be doing kickboxing and not get sore. I do believe, though, that God could spare me some MAJOR soreness. :)

WOW Ashley! That is awesome. Who would have thought after all those hours of lesson plans and projects, you would be teaching Body Pump! hehehe Good job! I would totally come to your class.
