A Prayer Request Update

I'm sorry I haven't blogged about much lately, but there hasn't been much happening and my heart is still so broken for all the families you have been praying for.

Lilly's funeral was Friday and from reading other blogs, it sound beautiful. Sherry wrote a very sweet blog about it and Jennifer's sister wrote a poem that she read at the funeral. Please continue to lift this family up in your prayers. The pain of losing a child is unfathomable to me.

My dear friend Abby got to spend a morning with Amy last week. Amy has said to tell her story because she has nothing to hide. So if you would like to know the story behind Amy's family crisis, you can visit Abby's blog.

One of my best friends from highschool came to town this weekend to visit her parents. She had a beautiful little girl on February 15, so I got to meet her for the first time. It was so good to see Amy and meet her baby and get a baby fix! :) And I was even spit up on, but that doesn't bother me! I had two babies with acid reflux.

Hi! I am glad you found me...this blogging world is crazy but I love it. Thanks for your kind words. As far as William's return... it is a little more than 3 weeks away, he has been gone since September and this is our 3rd deployment since 2004. I am not bitter, this is his job but I am ready to have him home! I still can't get over the tragedy of Lilly and the horrible nightmare of Simon. I really feel for these families who are so linked and experiencing such tough times. I loved reading the story of how you and your husband met... very cute and funny.
